We're pleased to share that ThorNode Cloud has rebranded as Arct Cloud. It's the same team behind the platform, with a rebuilt console, a wider network, and the same focus on low-latency cloud servers for Solana and beyond.
What this means for you
- Your virtual machines will be migrated to Arct Cloud automatically to the new dashboard at https://www.arct.cloud/. No action is required on your part for the transfer itself. Services will continue running with no downtime.
- You will receive an email at the same address registered with your ThorNode Cloud account, with instructions to log in to your new Arct Cloud account.
- A one-time password reset is required at first login. For security reasons, passwords are not carried over. The email you receive will include a secure link to set your new password.
- Your account history, billing details, and active subscriptions remain intact under your existing email address.
Timeline
Migration emails will be sent out shortly. If you do not receive yours, please check your spam folder before contacting support. We recommend completing your password reset and verifying your new account as soon as you receive the notification.
